1 Thessalonians 4:17-18
- 1 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
- 2 with the voice of the archangel,
- 3 and with the trump of God:
- 4 and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
- 5 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord
- 1 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,
- 2 at the last trump:
- 3 for the trumpet shall sound,
- 4 and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,
- 5 and we shall be changed.
